Envoyer un salari\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger ne se limite pas \u00e0 organiser une mission : cela implique aussi de garantir sa s\u00e9curit\u00e9, sa sant\u00e9 et son bien-\u00eatre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">C\u2019est dans ce cadre que s\u2019inscrit le <strong>devoir de protection de l\u2019employeur<\/strong>, une obligation l\u00e9gale pr\u00e9vue par les articles <strong>L4121-1 et L4121-2 du Code du travail<\/strong>.
