Nos collaborateurs partent loin de leurs proches, dans des environnements instables, avec des infrastructures de sant\u00e9 limit\u00e9es, et sont parfois expos\u00e9s \u00e0 des situations extr\u00eames. Et pourtant, les pratiques en mati\u00e8re de bilan de sant\u00e9 humanitaire n&rsquo;ont pas toujours suivi ce changement de r\u00e9alit\u00e9. <span>Pour les <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ambrelia.com\/fr\/vous-etes\/organisation-non-gourvernementale-ong\/\">ONG et organisations humanitaires<\/a><\/strong><\/span><span>, c&rsquo;est aujourd&rsquo;hui un enjeu strat\u00e9gique autant qu&rsquo;humain.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Pendant longtemps, la question centrale \u00e9tait simple : <em>cette personne est-elle m\u00e9dicalement apte \u00e0 partir ?<\/em> Cette approche binaire, aussi rassurante qu&rsquo;insuffisante, ne disait rien de la capacit\u00e9 r\u00e9elle d&rsquo;un collaborateur \u00e0 faire face aux contraintes psychologiques d&rsquo;une mission difficile.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: x-large;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n<h2 style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: x-large;\"><strong>LE VRAI OBSTACLE : LA CULTURE DU SILENCE<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Les risques les plus lourds \u00e0 porter ne sont souvent pas les plus visibles. Maladies infectieuses et fatigue physique sont des risques qui existent et sont document\u00e9s. Mais les plus lourds, tels que le stress chronique, l&rsquo;\u00e9puisement professionnel, l&rsquo;anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, l&rsquo;isolement et les \u00e9v\u00e9nements traumatiques, restent largement sous le radar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Ce qui complique encore la situation, c&rsquo;est le profil m\u00eame de nos collaborateurs. Habitu\u00e9s \u00e0 g\u00e9rer des situations difficiles, les humanitaires font preuve d\u2019une r\u00e9silience extr\u00eame. Mais cette m\u00eame r\u00e9silience peut m\u00eame les pousser \u00e0 surestimer leurs capacit\u00e9s : on a travers\u00e9 des crises avant, on traversera celle-ci. Or l&rsquo;accumulation des expositions et des non-dits finit par \u00e9roder des ressources que l&rsquo;on croyait in\u00e9puisables. Demander de l&rsquo;aide, c&rsquo;est aussi prendre un risque : celui d&rsquo;\u00eatre per\u00e7u comme fragile et de perdre sa place dans un secteur o\u00f9 l&rsquo;engagement total est une norme implicite. Les difficult\u00e9s s&rsquo;accumulent en silence. Les signaux faibles passent inaper\u00e7us. Et des crise surviennent l\u00e0 o\u00f9 une intervention pr\u00e9coce aurait suffi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">C&rsquo;est pourquoi l&rsquo;enjeu n&rsquo;est pas uniquement m\u00e9dical ; il est culturel.
