2) PRELIMINARY INFORMATION RELATING TO THE CONTRACT
AMBRELIA is not subject to a contractual obligation to work exclusively with one or more insurance companies and provides an impartial and personalized analysis.
For the distribution of this contract, the firm is remunerated on the basis of:
Commission, i.e. remuneration included in the insurance premium.
In addition to our general advisory obligation, we are able to offer you a personalized recommendation service.

The acknowledgment of receipt of a complaint may not exceed 10 days from the receipt of the complaint, and the processing time may not exceed 2 months from the acknowledgment of receipt.

3) PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
The information collected is processed for the purpose of preparing, concluding, managing and executing insurance contracts, applying regulations on the fight against money laundering and terrorist financing, combating fraud, setting up bank transfers or direct debits, and conducting statistical studies. It is retained for 5 years from the end of the contract in the case of a contract subscription.
The recipients of the data are insurers, insurance intermediaries, and possibly their subcontractors, who intervene in the execution or management of your contract, and where applicable, administrative and judicial authorities to comply with legal and regulatory obligations in force. Data may also be transmitted, where appropriate, to all persons involved in the contract such as lawyers, experts, judicial auxiliaries and ministerial officers, curators, guardians, investigators, health professionals, medical advisors, social organizations when they intervene in the settlement of claims and benefits. Information about you may also be transmitted to all persons interested in the contract (subscriber, insured, member and beneficiary of the contract).
In accordance with the French "Informatique et Libertés" law of January 6, 1978, as amended in 2004 and 2018, and EU Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of April 27, 2016, applicable from May 25, 2018, you have the right to access, portability, rectification, deletion and opposition to information concerning you, which you can exercise by writing to contact@ambrelia.com (specifying GDPR reference).
